If you need a closer look before approving your item for shipment, this tutorial will guide you through the simple process of requesting additional inspection images from SuperBuy's professional QC team.
Why Request Extra Photos?
Standard QC photos typically include front, back, sides, labels, and any flaws. You might need more details to:
- Inspect specific details like stitching, logos, or material texture.
- Check a particular area mentioned in the seller's listing.
- Verify color accuracy
- Measure dimensions or check tags and accessories.
Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Log In & Access Your Warehouse
Log into your SuperBuy"My Warehouse". Here you will see all your purchased items pending inspection and shipment.
Step 2: Locate the Item & QC Photos
Find the specific item you want additional photos of. Click on "View Details""QC Photos"
Step 3: Request Additional Photos
Look for the button or link that says "Request Extra Photos""Contact QC". It is usually located near the existing photo album.
If you cannot find the button directly, look for a general "Contact""Remarks"
Step 4: Submit a Clear, Detailed Request
A text box will appear. Be as specific as possible. For example:
"Dear QC team, could you please provide:
1. A close-up photo of the back logo stitching.
2. A photo of the inside wash tag.
3. A photo of the shoe sole next to a ruler for scale.
Thank you!"
Clear instructions help the team fulfill your request quickly and accurately.
Step 5: Submit & Wait for Notification
Click "Submit""Confirm". Your request is now sent to the QC department. They usually process these requests within 24 to 48 hours
Step 6: Review and Approve
Once notified, return to your warehouse, find the item, and check the updated QC photo album. You can then decide to "Ship""Return/Exchange"
